I personally schedule each appointment.  If I do not answer your call, I am most likely with another client.  Please leave a message, and your call will be returned as soon as possible Monday through Friday.  Messages left on Saturday before noon will also be returned that day.
                                                                 
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
24-hour advance notice is required for changes to appointments.
(Except full sets of lash extensions, which require a 48-hour advance notice.) 
This advance notice allows me the opportunity to give a client-in-waiting the time slot previously reserved for you.  Last minute schedule changes and cancellations affect my business and livelihood significantly.  If you do not provide a 24-hour notice, please be kind enough to pay for your missed appointment in full.

48-hour advance notice is required for changes to appointments for full sets of lash extensions and must be guaranteed with a credit card.  Failure to provide a 48-hour notice will result in a charge to your credit card equalling ½ of the full session price. 
Please Note:  All cancellations and rescheduling must be done by phone at 615-354-1411.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, every effort will be made to accommodate you by providing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining.  However, each session will be finished on time as a courtesy to the next client.  Please be kind enough to pay for the “full” session that you reserved.
